Itinerary
Leave Nairobi after breakfast and travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara. Arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Evening game drive as the plains glow gold with sunset.
Overnight: Basecamp Explorer / Mara Sopa Lodge
Rise early for a sunrise game drive — the best light, the best action. Spend the entire day exploring the reserve, with a picnic lunch out in the wild. Return at dusk for sundowners by the fire.
Overnight: Same lodge
Another full day dedicated to discovery. Track prides of lions, elusive leopards, and herds of elephants moving across the plains. Optional Maasai village visit to meet the guardians of this land.
Overnight: Same lodge
Float silently above the Mara in a hot-air balloon (optional), followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush. Afternoon at leisure or another game drive — your pace, your way.
