Itinerary

Arrive in Nairobi where a warm BlueArk welcome awaits. Transfer to your hotel for rest after the journey. Optional afternoon visit to the Giraffe Centre if everyone has energy.

Overnight: Tamarind Tree Hotel / Four Points Airport

Fly to Samburu — rugged, warm, and wildly beautiful. Settle into your luxury tented camp and enjoy your first evening game drive. Elephants, graceful oryx, and reticulated giraffes steal the show.

Overnight: Samburu Intrepids / Saruni Samburu

Morning and afternoon game drives reveal Samburu’s unique treasures — Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, gerenuk standing tall on two legs. Midday is for swimming, family time, or simply relaxing with a view over the river.

Start with a guided bush walk or a visit to a Samburu village — colorful beading, traditional dances, and stories kids will love. Afternoon game drive focuses on predators like lions and leopards.
