Itinerary
Leave Nairobi mid-morning and drive south through the Athi plains, arriving at your lodge by lunchtime. Relax, take in views of Kilimanjaro, then head out for your first evening game drive — elephants, zebra, gazelles, and golden light across the wetlands.
Overnight: Kibo Safari Camp / Amboseli Serena Lodge
Wake to the sound of birds and distant trumpets. Morning drive through misty swamps framed by the mountain — the light here is unreal. Afternoon free for a dip in the pool or quiet time, followed by another drive in the park.
Overnight: Same lodge
Spend a full day exploring the park’s diverse landscapes — open plains, acacia woodlands, and shimmering lakes. Your guide knows where the big cats hide and the elephants gather in photogenic herds. Optional Maasai village visit to learn about local traditions.
