Itinerary
Kick off your adventure driving south toward Amboseli National Park. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, then venture out on your first game drive. Watch herds of elephants silhouetted against Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak — the ultimate safari postcard.
Overnight: Kibo Safari Camp / Amboseli Serena Lodge
Spend a full day exploring Amboseli’s wide, open plains. Spot buffalo wallowing in the swamps, lions lounging in the grass, and flamingos dancing on the lake. Return to camp for dinner under the stars and stories by the fire.
Overnight: Same lodge
After breakfast, drive north through Nairobi and down into the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at Lake Nakuru — a birdwatcher’s dream and rhino sanctuary. Afternoon game drive around the shimmering lake, with a chance to spot both black and white rhinos.
